This salon is hijabi friendly which made the experience way more relaxing and gave me peace of mind. Julie is an excellent stylist and she did amazing with my hair and she could easily understand and tell what issues I was experiencing with my hair and why. I’ve worn the hijab for 10 years and get haircuts atleast once a year since it’s difficult to find good stylists who can handle my difficult hair type but with Julie, my scalp has never been cleaner. I called VERY last minute while having a Britney 2007 about to shave my head moment and they managed to literally rearrange an appointment half hour and SQUEEZED ME IN. 5 minutes later I’m sitting in Islas chair and she was sooo sweet educational informative KIND compassionate she was just 10/10 wonderful stylist. Definitely plan to see her again!
Aseia did a superb job with my thick, coarse, and curly hair. She really listened to me and she delivered exactly what I wanted and what my hair needed. My endless search for an excellent hairdresser is finally over. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience getting my haircut with Aseia! She’s incredibly thorough and asks all the right questions, often anticipating what you're going to ask next before you even get the chance. What I appreciated most was how she walked me through the entire process, explaining her thought process and reasoning behind each step while making sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. It's clear she genuinely cares about getting things right and making sure her clients are happy with the results. Really appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend!
I loved my stylist so much. Her name was Carissa, she was so friendly and not awkward to talk to at all, she was so enjoyable to be around, yet still extremely professional. I have had many, MANY bad experiences with hair salons and stylists especially when asking them not to take off too much length. Carissa listened to exactly what I wanted and confirmed with me many times to make sure she had a 100% understanding on what I wanted to do with my hair. She was everything you’d want in a stylist. Carissa is the best!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

1st appointment... treating myself after 5 years of not getting my color done ... scared and exited !
Inspo pic pretty clear. Money pieces around my face. Dark pieces for dimension through out. Blonde hair at my shoulders is my starting point. Ok, washed out in need of a tone blonde. 2 goals, A line bob cut and keep lots of blonde close to my roots because I have a ton of Grey hair. Its done, The whole thing is meh at best, a treatment added and no head massage between conditioning or treatment .. disappointing but id survive. Its felt rushed.
Its dark !! Dark roots over my entire head, an inch of dark root ! My Grey will be back next week 😪. It is a straight bob too !
I was so sad, I felt ugly, i didnt feel like me. I told them I was not happy and was told to just wait and see after a few washes. That was fair.
I called back in 2 weeks. I had felt ugly for 2 weeks, and Joanna the owner got back to the same day. Made me an appointment and I got in in a few days.
I love it ! I got a head massage, she told me what she was doing as she did things. She asked questions, clarified what I wanted, my hair looks like the inspo pic !! And of course getting it dyed again wasnt healthy for it but I got a free hair mask as well as the color !!
I love it ! Joanna was there and was very nice ! And my hair stylist was lovely ! The front desk girl was funny and also veey nice!!
There was a problem and it was rectified ! I feel like my hair has life again and I am super happy !!

Beckie is the best! Amazing hair wash with such a relaxing scalp massage. The treatment she used made my hair so soft and refreshed. She gave me a perfect trim and the cutest style to finish my appointment off. I love visiting Fresh Co Windermere to see Beckie, I always walk away obsessed with my new hair!
